EGES Vault — End User License Agreement (EULA) · Last updated: April 2025 · By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

ℹ️ This agreement governs the use of the EGES Vault iOS app. Apple Inc. is not a party to this EULA and assumes no responsibility under it. Apple’s standard App Store license terms also remain applicable.

1. Parties and Scope

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Gökhan Öztürk (“Developer”), the developer of the EGES Vault app (“App”), and the natural person who installs or uses the App (“User”). This Agreement is interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants the User a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use EGES Vault for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The license is valid only on devices associated with the User’s Apple account.
The free version includes core features; advanced features require a Pro subscription or a one-time purchase.
You may share the App with your family through Apple Family Sharing, subject to App Store terms.

3. User Obligations

Using Group Vault with family members	Copying, distributing, or selling the App
Backing up your data and moving it between devices	Creating derivative works based on the software
Obtaining in-app purchases through lawful methods	Trying to unlock Pro features through unauthorized methods or disabling purchase verification

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Purchases are processed through Apple’s payment infrastructure.

Refunds: All refund requests are subject to Apple App Store policies. Please use reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

EGES Vault is provided “as is.” The Developer makes no warranties regarding:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
Full compatibility with all iOS versions
Continued availability of third-party services (such as Firebase or HIBP)

Important: Keeping your PIN and recovery email secure is the User’s responsibility. The Developer is not liable for damages caused by inaccessible data due to a lost PIN.

6. Updates and Changes

The Developer reserves the right to update the App, add features, or remove features at any time. Installing an update means that you accept the new terms. This Agreement may also be updated; changes take effect once published on this page and by your continued use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The app name, logos, interface design, source code, and all content belong to the Developer and are protected by intellectual property law. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the User.

8. Termination

The Developer may terminate the license without prior notice if the User breaches this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must immediately stop using the App. Deleting the App ends the license.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is entered into between EGES Vault and the User. Apple is not a party to this Agreement.

Maintenance and support: Apple has no obligations.
Warranty claims: the Developer is responsible for addressing any applicable warranties.
Third-party rights: Apple may be entitled to enforce this Agreement against the User as a third-party beneficiary.
Legal compliance: the User agrees to comply with applicable App Store usage rules.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over any disputes.
